SHIPPING POLICY

In order to answer our customers' questions about our delivery process, we present our Shipping Policy.

ESTIMATED ORDER PROCESSING TIME (FOR TRACKING)

All orders are processed and will have tracking codes posted between 1 and 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), immediately after payment confirmation.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries are made during business hours, from Monday to Friday (exceptionally on Saturdays) depending on the shipment. The delivery time can vary from 14 to 35 days, depending on the location and type of shipment.

DEADLINE TIME

The deadline is the time the customer has to place the order so that it is processed on the same day. Orders placed after the deadline are only processed on the next business day. Our deadline is set at 4:00 pm Brasília time.

SHIPPING TYPES

PAC – Free throughout Brazil.

COST

All products in our store are shipped using the Free Shipping option, meaning there is no cost to the customer. The cost for PAC is R$0.00 to anywhere in Brazil.
